Medyo mabagal yung story ng movie, particularly sa first half nito. Yung tipong alam mo na kung saan papunta yung kwento, and you're just there waiting for it to happen. But damn, bumawi naman sila sa final act, kung saan andaming pasabog ng pelikula! (Brutal)

Despite many shortcomings, they utilized whatever they have to make a decent movie. Their serious commitment to provide an action film didnโ€™t falter. (1.5/5)

The spontaneity it presents is something quite rare and is a welcome development. But the movie is plagued by tendencies imported from television to expose a lot of information hoping to tie it up logically at some point.

...while many scenes in his latest film, Karma, are just boring "fire, return fire" action with little to no hand to hand combat, the film's best scene for me is a shootout at a bar, which has multiple levels of fighting, close quarters combat, and gunplay. Aside from a bit of blurry camerawork, it's pretty impressive for a contemporary Filipino production. (2/5)
