On a mission to secure funds for their Coach’s burial, Mary rallies their all-gay volleyball team together to reunite for a one-day league.
Kung comedy ang hanap niyo, and hindi kayo ganoon kaselan pagdating sa mga technical ng pelikula, then One Day League will still be a good watch. (Funny)
”In communities where you are pushed to the side or discriminated against, marginalized groups find solace and comfort in each other and the strength that stems from that is, in the film’s view, unbeatable. That’s a message I can get behind. (3/5)
”Nakakatuwa silang panuorin. Ramdam mong magaan ang kanilang samahan sa tuwing sila’y nag-uusap. Andaming baon na patawa ni Negi. Pinaka-laughtrip yung eksena nina Macoy Dubs at Negi. Despite short exposure, Manila Luzon’s presence was appreciated. (0.88/5)
”The issue is that the movie isn't very good at resolving its conflicts. [...] Still, the movie is often very fun, especially when it lets itself just be absolutely wacky. (2.5/5)
”Despite some issues, this film is still a fun and entertaining watch thanks to the quirky and delightful performances of its cast. (2.5/5)
”One Day League: Dead Mother, Dead All might have difficulties in telling its stories and landing its jokes but you're probably the saddest man on Earth if you didn't have a laugh or two while watching. (2.5/5)
”The humor is hit or miss! If fan ka ng movies like Kokey, Four Sisters and a Wedding, papatok sayo yung punch lines about don! (2/5)
”There are multiple hilarious scenes, and in almost 2 hours, the laughs just keep coming. Ang ganda ng chemistry ng mga karakter. Narrative aside, the film is winning in both comedy and entertainment aspects. (3.3/10)
